Proudfire's Simple Text Counter
Counter.pl is an extremely simple text counter that can keep track of the number of visitors on multiple web pages. It requires SSI (Server Side Includes). It does NOT require flock (portable file locking), although if you want to add it to your copy of the script you are more than welcome to do so.
