World Wide Email Verifier
This script now has two parts, the server and the client. The server script resides in the directory where you want to update files or scripts. The client was written in Perl/TK but compiled to a .exe so it will run on your PC even if you do not have Perl installed. The server (.cgi) is open source, of course, but the client is not at this time. The updater can even allow you to execute shell commands for those who do not have telnet access to their server!
