Master Search
If you have hesitated to install your own site search engine because of the complicated setup, now is the time to grab a copy of Master Search. Setup is a breeze. Just install the program like any Perl script. The program has a built-in control panel, with built-in help files. Use the control panel to specify which directories should be included in the search. Specify the types of files you want searched. You can even specify which files to exclude from the search.
